Ok, so I only discovered this show like three days ago but UGH THE FEELS ALREADY

My thoughts:

I am guessing that there is something wrong with Will’s brain (ie a tumor) that Hannibal can sense, but that is possibly curable.  Hannibal doesn’t want to mention his suspicions to Will because he’s the first person Hannibal’s met who is also mentally unstable but is also sympathetic.  He wants to be friends (or more) with Will but can’t handle the fact that Will could 1. find out his secret and hate him forever or 2. become “normal” and no longer be his soul mate, which is why he momentarily thought about killing Will when he came into the office.  But he chose to take the chance and bond even if it’s putting himself in danger.

In other words Hannibal is having feels and that’s giving me feels aargh
